We proudly feature a state-of-the-art- wireless predictive maintenance monitoring system that is both fully forward and backward compatible with both the GE-Bentley Nevada and Emerson Ovation DCS systems.
The system utilizes vibration, acoustic, temperature, motor frequency signature and phase angle analysis, or any combination thereof, to predict equipment health factors and/or likelihood of failure on all types of rotating equipment including fans, blowers, pulverizes, compressors, turbines , pumps and motors. It actually identifies where the disruption is taking place in the specific piece of equipment and when the likelihood of the failure is to take place. It interfaces with Pi, SAP, MP2 and Maximo and can utilize all existing probes or sensors that you may presently be installed from other manufacturers.
It also creates an “equipment health factor†to determine when equipment scheduled for service does not need any maintenance to be performed, thus getting you back on line quicker. The system uses Zigbee wireless technology and is simple to install vs. the intricate wiring associated with the competition with a relatively low overall cost of installation to the plant.
The details of the equipment performance are available to the plant via the A&M/PSE website and are offered in conjunction with a 24hr / 365 day monitoring service agreement.
