25/7 Emergency Response

Technical field teams are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to support our customers. Our connection to a network of product suppliers ensures that your facility remains operational during off-hour emergencies. We support our clients with both service and products during planned and unplanned outages, turnarounds, new construction, special projects and major service restoration efforts.

Hose Fabrication Shop

We have a complete fabrication shop capable of servicing broad industry hose requirements and coupling systems. Our services include banding, crimping and swaging of all hose types as well as offering test certification. As a member of NAHAD since 2005, every hose assembly we fabricate is built in accordance with NAHAD industry guidelines. We test and certify our custom-fabricated industrial and hydraulic hose. We also maintain an extensive inventory of cam and groove fittings, quick-disconnects, dry disconnects and Bauer fittings.

Aeroquip Express Store

Conveniently located in Linden, New Jersey, we stock and crimp hydraulic hose 3/16 to 2 in all pressure ratings. We can deliver or you can pick-up product while you wait. With our unique Aeroquip Express van we can fabricate hoses on your job site, consequently reducing operational downtime.

We stock a line of quality brands that include Goodyear, Dixon, Novaflex, Coil Hose and Aeroquip. Our product technicians are available to perform on-site safety seminars for hose and fittings, ensuring that your operation and workers remain safe. Not just a supplier of hose products, but an operation comprised of technical professionals delivering hose and fittings solutions.

Managed Inventory Services

Customized and automated, on-site product stocking programs are an extension of your workforce by ensuring that you have the products you need, when you need them. Our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service operates as a Just In Time product replenishment program to eliminate work stoppage. The Industrial Vending Solutions (IVS) act like product vending machines, strategically located and accessible to end-users to maximize workflow productivity. IVS utilizes state-of-the-art smart card technology that can dispense high usage MRO consumables, Personal Protective Equipment and Safety, as well as high cost, lock down items. This system has complete inventory, end user and report tracking capabilities.

The A&M experienced team will coordinate all logistical requirements for one or multiple sites, and conduct storeroom surveys to eliminate duplicate and obsolete products.

Safety Services

We service and sell gas detection meters, air-line supplied respirators and SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus.) We are a certified MSA® R.I.T.E. facility for meter repair and a certified MSA® C.A.R.E. facility for repair of SCBA and Supplied Air Respirators.

Additional services provided by our Safety Services include:

  • On-site inspection & flow tests with the Posi-Chek dynamic test device. This verifies that a breathing apparatus operates within current standards.
  • Air cascade delivery systems with various configurations available. All units are supported by inspection, calibration and test result documentation. Six cylinder pod units are delivered with our knuckle-boom crane truck.
  • Respirator fit tests using the OHD Quantifit system.
  • Facilitate USDOT hydrostatic testing of cylinders. These tests assure that you maintain the standards required by OSHA and general industry standards.
  • Safety site and compliance audits. Examples include PPE, lockout/tagout, matting, signage, and flammable storage.
  • Fall protection equipment inspections.
  • Ladder inspections.

For short-term projects, we offer renting or leasing options for gas detection meters, SCBAs, supplied air respirators and cascade systems. Payment flexibility results in significant financial benefits for your budget.

Integrated Asset Management Programs

Integrated Asset Management/IAM is the foundation of our solution-based approach. By partnering with you to design a more efficient procurement system through standardization and consolidation of the MRO consumable products channel, A&M dramatically reduces or eliminates internal process cost. We streamline the vendor base, standardize products, consolidate payment services and implement storeroom management through our managed inventory services, resulting in a reduction in total lifecycle and total cost of ownership.
