- Prime‑Cut (0006‑1‑050) is a heavy‑duty, water‑soluble oil concentrate designed for versatile cutting and grinding applications across a wide range of metals. Engineered with a chlorinated extreme‑pressure (EP) additive, Prime‑Cut provides enhanced lubricity and boundary protection under high mechanical load—making it especially effective for difficult machining tasks and high‑speed metal removal. When mixed with water, Prime‑Cut forms a stable emulsion that delivers excellent cooling, clean running performance, and low foaming behavior suitable for high‑pressure systems. It offers strong corrosion inhibition, long sump life, and a mild pleasant odor, improving operator comfort and reducing maintenance. Prime‑Cut is recommended for aluminum alloys, steel, cast iron, and non‑ferrous metals—with the exception of magnesium.
