A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be acquired prior to returning any product. Please call 1.800.864.2660 to acquire your RMA number. Please write the provided RMA number on your shipping label to expedite processing.
Products must have been purchased within the last 90 days, new and unused and in unmarked original manufacturer's packaging to be returned for credit.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs on items being returned for credit. Standard restocking fees of 20% apply to all returns.
Special order items are non-returnable.
