- Our Quick-Grip™ 4th and 5th axis fixtures utilize royal QG-42, 65, 80, and 100-series collets, and feature many of the advantages of our Quick-Grip™ conc. collet Chucks, including ten-second collet changes and a wide .062 in clamping range
- Pullback operation is achieved through a mechanical/hydraulic assembly
- An internal back plate enables the use of a stop for precise work piece positioning
- Unit is actuated via a hybrid mechanical/hydraulic mechanism
- Many of the same great features as our Quick-Grip™ conc. collet Chucks, including ten-second collet changes and parallel-grip collets with a full .062 in clamping range
- Pullback design with an internally threaded back plate enables the use of a stop rod
- Bottom and all four sides are ground for both vertical and horizontal mounting
